Home/Switchboard manufacturer

Registered to manufacture.
Engineered to perform.

Logicart is registered by Suruhanjaya Tenaga to manufacture low-voltage switchboards up to 0.600 kV, supported by qualified competent personnel, suitable test equipment and documented quality control.

Why registration matters

Registration is part of responsible manufacturing and customer assurance—not merely a badge. It connects the manufacturer's declared scope with competent personnel, safe working arrangements and suitable testing capability.

Regulation 92 of the Electricity Regulations 1994 requires a valid Certificate of Registration to manufacture switchboards in the course of trade or business.

What supports the registration

01

Competent personnel

PW4 capability supports three-phase wiring and testing endorsement, while A4 capability covers low-voltage chargeman competency. These are role-based capabilities supporting registered manufacturing.

02

Safe working arrangements

Manufacturing and verification activities are organised around suitable protection for employees and disciplined electrical work practices.

03

Suitable test equipment

Panel verification is supported by instruments and equipment appropriate to the electrical and functional tests defined for the project.

04

Regulatory foundation

For low-voltage registration, Regulation 93 addresses competent personnel, employee protection and suitable equipment and instruments for switchboard testing.

Our registered scope

Logicart's current Form U registration covers low-voltage switchboards up to 0.600 kV. Registration documentation is available to customers upon request.

This scope supports customers seeking a Malaysian panel manufacturer with a clear regulatory basis and the internal capability needed to verify what it builds.

From engineering to verified panel

01

Understand the application

We define the electrical duty, operating sequence, interfaces and maintainability needs before finalising the panel design.

02

Engineer and manufacture

Power distribution, control hardware and software are brought together as one application-specific system.

03

Inspect and verify

The completed panel is checked against its drawings, project scope and agreed test procedure before delivery.
